      In the role of T-Level & Early Years Trainer Assessor you'll predominantly be based at Springfield and your focus will be on to recruiting, training and reviewing those apprentices working in the relevant field primarily on employers' premises. The post holder will act as the ambassador for the college at all times whilst undertaking the role, particularly in the employer's workplace. The post also involves contributing to the marketing, development, delivery, assessment and evaluation of programmes to meet market needs and contractual targets and performance criteria.

      Your key responsibilities will include regular assessment, feedback, and support for all students. In addition, the role requires working with curriculum teaching staff to ensure that the placement is meeting the qualification requirements; ensuring all students are prepared for competency observations and qualification assessments as per the awarding body specifications.

      Ideally, you'll have Level 4 or above teaching qualification (or be able to prove equivalent ability) but must have a L3 Assessor qualification as well as demonstrable experience in knowledge of the T Level framework within the Education and Early Years subject. Alongside this relevant and current industrial experience of the Early Years Sector is essential. It's important that you're able to communicate effectively, engage with young people and stake holders in placement setting and demonstrate our college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
