Rated 'Good' by Ofsted and 'Outstanding' for personal development, the school prides itself on being inclusive, supportive, and committed to the success of all students. You'll be joining a dedicated SEND team with strong leadership and a positive working culture.

You will play a key role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, with a particular focus on Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will ideally have experience supporting students at Key Stage 4 and be confident assisting in Maths or English.Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Providing in-class support to SEND students, particularly at KS4
• Supporting students with SEMH needs using effective behaviour regulation strategies
• Assisting with learning in core subjects, ideally Maths or English
• Promoting positive engagement, resilience, and wellbeing
• Supporting students during break times, lunch, trips, and extra-curricular activities
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to secure the best possible outcomes

• Strong experience supporting students with SEMH needs
• Experience working with KS4 students (essential)
• Ideally experience supporting Maths or English at secondary level
• A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence
• Previous experience in education, alternative provision, youth work, social care, or similar settings

• Located in a sought-after part of West London, with excellent transport links and green open spaces
• Welcoming and supportive SEND department with a clear structure and strong leadership
