      As Head of Faculty, you'll:
      • Lead a forward-thinking SEND faculty with compassion, high expectations and strategic clarity
      • Ensure our bespoke curriculum is innovative, inclusive and future-focused
      • Empower staff through coaching, collaboration and clear vision
      • Drive quality, progression and high-impact outcomes for all learners
      • Champion safeguarding, equality, and inclusion across every aspect of the faculty
      • Play a key role on the College Management Team-helping to influence college-wide strategy during an exciting period of growth and transformation
