Aspire People are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Graduates to support pupils within a primary school environment.
This role is particularly suited to graduates wanting to gain valuable experience supporting children with SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and additional behavioural needs before progressing into further education-based careers.
The school is looking for individuals who are proactive, nurturing, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with additional learning and emotional needs
Delivering targeted intervention sessions and classroom support
Helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and social skills
Supporting behaviour management strategies
Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment
Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
The Successful Candidate Will:
Hold a Psychology or Child Psychology degree
Have a strong interest in child development and SEND
Be calm, patient, and adaptable
Have excellent communication skills
Be considering careers such as Educational Psychology, Teaching, Therapy, or SENDCO pathways
Have experience working with children or young people (desirable)
