About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe and supported
- Plan engaging activities that promote early language, communication and social development
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external professionals
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with the Early Years team
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development
- Be passionate about child-centred learning and inclusive practice
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Be warm, patient and committed to supporting every child's individual needs
- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community
