We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Employability and Partnership Co-ordinator to drive business development and create impactful opportunities for young people.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing multiple employer relationships, arranging, and overseeing high-quality student work experience and industry placements, ensuring all tracking and compliance processes are maintained to a high standard. Your ability to engage with employers, stakeholders, and educational partners will be key to establishing long-term partnerships that benefit both businesses and students.

We are seeking someone with:

• Strong business development and relationship management experience.
• A passion for supporting and motivating young people.
• A proven ability to manage multiple employer partnerships.
• Excellent organisational skills, with attention to compliance and quality processes.
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think outside the box.

Your contribution will ensure our institution remains at the forefront of technical skills development and industry engagement, offering students real-world opportunities and enhancing their employability outcomes.

This is a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) role.
