We are now seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Maths Department, playing a vital role in supporting staff, learners, and departmental operations. .
Based within the Maths Department, you will act as the first point of contact and provide high - quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day - to - day activities. .
Your key responsibilities will include: .
- Using Microsoft Office and the College's data information systems (such asProSolution) tomaintain accurate student records, timetables, and registers
- Creating, updating, andmaintainingtracking and monitoring documentation
- Communicating effectively with internal teams, learners, and external partners
- Maintainingaccurate records and filing systems
- Collating and preparing agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices in line with college procedures

You will be highly organised, IT - literate, and confident in managing a varied workload. You will also bring: .
- Relevant experience in an administrative oroffice - basedrole
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 9-1 (A-C) or an equivalent Level 2 qualification (or willingness to achieve this during the probationary period).
