Academics is recruiting on behalf of a supportive college in the Stoke-on-Trent area of Staffordshire, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic health and Social Care Teacher on a full-time, fixed-term basis. The role will start in September and initially run until October half-term, with the potential for extension.

• Plan and deliver engaging Health and Social Care lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Engage, motivate, and challenge students
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) in Health and Social Care
• Recent experience teaching Health and Social Care at KS3-KS5
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Competitive daily rates: 170- 230 per day (dependent on experience)
