FTE Salary: Up to £39,291.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: Up to £15,928.78
Contract Type: Permanent, Part time

We have an exciting role of Lecturer within our Digital team!Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with curriculum and awarding body requirements for Level 1 to Level 3 Digital courses.
- Pastoral tutor to Level 2 learners.
- Assess learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback to support progress and achievement.
- Monitor and record learner attendance, progress and achievement using college systems.
- Prepare learners for assessments, examinations and external verification.
- Maintain accurate course and assessment documentation in line with quality assurance requirements.
- Support learners' academic and personal development, promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing.
- Embed English, maths, digital skills, equality, diversity and safeguarding within teaching practice.
- Contribute to course review, self-assessment and continuous improvement activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications and Experience- Essential Degree in a Digital Subject
- Desirable Teaching Qualification
- Experience working in further education
