You'll...• lead a team of Assessors who make students get the right exam access arrangements
• screen and assess students for exam access needs, liaising with schools and parents where need be
• keep up to date with changes to JCQ regulations and make sure they're implemented
• manage student referrals and support teaching staff with exam arrangements
• delivering training and share your expertise with staff across the college
• Get involved in college life - whether it's supporting open events, helping with invigilation, or simply being a friendly face around campus.
• Please note, this role is Exeter based but you will be supervising teams across the Exeter & North Devon Group
You'll need to be...• qualified with a Level 7 Assessor Award (this is essential)
• proactive, organised and methodical
• passionate about supporting students
• experienced at assessing students for exam access arrangements
• a great communicator with excellent IT skills
• thorough and meticulous, with a real eye for detail
*£2,000 retention payment (£1,000 payable at the end of year 1 and year 2). Must be employed in this role at Exeter College at the time of payment.
