Estates Apprentice - Site Supervisor Team

Salary: Apprentice Salary Structure

37 hours per week.

We are looking for an Apprentice to join our dedicated team of Site Supervisor’s who form part of the College’s wider, valued Estates Department.   

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a customer centred approach and excellent communication skills.  You will also be using a workflow management system, so prevous general IT use would be desirable.

Key duties will include supporting Site Supervisor’s with setting up for exams and college events, distributing incoming goods, greeting contractors, locking and unlocking buildings, general maintenance and supporting all our customers with requirements across College sites.

Alongside these varied an exciting duties you will undertake an apprenticeship qualification provided by the College and with the support of the brilliant Estates team.  

Applicants must be willing to work across College sites in Wigan and Leigh.
