Lecturer/Assessor - Leadership and Management  

Colchester

£21.85 per hour

Permanent – Part Time – Up to 20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the role

You will train, coach, mentor and assess a caseload of apprentices on Level 3 and 5 leadership and management apprenticeship and/or qualifications both in the college via formalised teaching sessions and in the workplace via coaching and observations towards agreed qualifications and apprenticeship standards.

About you

You will be educated to Level 3 or above and/or hold a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent.  You will have experience of training and assessing against management (team leader and departmental manager) apprenticeship standards and linked vocational qualifications.  Experience in the design of course materials for both online and offline learning is also a key requirement.
