About the RoleAs the Catering Supervisor, you'll play a important role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Refectory service. Working closely with the Senior Supervisor and Operations Manager, you'll supervise staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities - Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Peaks Campus
- Ensuring all menu items are prepared, cooked and served to the highest standards
- Ordering and stock management/takes
- Ensuring banking, cleanliness & safety is all in line with the college's policies
As you progress in this role, success will involve seamlessly integrating into our team and providing leadership to achieve budget targets. You will play a key role in developing menus and items sold, ensuring they meet our high standards. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to create an attractive service offer that enhances the experience for both our learners and staff.
