£22,071 per annum pro rata

£12.93 per hour (includes an enhancement for annual leave)

 

We have a brand new opportunity for Lead Invigilators to support exam sessions between the hours of 8.00am to 9:00pm, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Duties will include the supervision of on-line tests, the invigilation for external examinations and reading and writing for individual students.

 

As a member of the Student Data and Funding & Performance team, you will take a lead on invigilating exams in line with rules and procedures and also support with the preparation of exam papers and the associated stationery and paperwork needed to ensure exams run smoothly.

 

You will be a key player during busy events within the team such as GCSE exams, taster events and enrolment in supporting with the wider activities of the team whilst maintaining an excellent standard of invigilation at all times. You will work alongside the wider Funding & Performance team as well as supporting the ‘pool’ of Invigilators who cover exams on an as and when basis.

 

We have opportunities available where you will be based at Suffolk New College Rural at Otley College.  As Suffolk New College is a multi-campus site, we also have campuses in Ipswich, Halesworth and Leiston and therefore you may be required to invigilate exams at these locations.
