Milton Keynes College Group are looking for a passionate Catering Manager to join our newly formed Catering Provision. As Catering Manager, you will be based across all our campuses. Leading our hospitality teams to develop and grow their skills, you will be an inspirational manager and sector expert, encouraging collaboration and teamwork across the sites, keeping up with the latest trends and guidance while driving the commercial business growth.

As Catering Manager you will have operational and financial responsibility for all catering facilities, focusing on delivering the highest quality of food and service as well as having the flair, originality, and the ability to make this one of the best catering offers in the area.

Working to deliver an excellent commercial function that serves a variety of customers both internal and external. You will play a significant role in supporting and guiding our Catering and Hospitality team.

You will be able to motivate and assist the team to achieve success, developing individuals by bringing key industry experience, you will be able to inspire your teams and ensure an efficient, high quality catering provision.

As Catering Manager you will have the opportunity to lead the commercial team focusing on both our internal customers of staff and students while also developing the external catering provisions.
