Job description
  • Full Time (From 14 to 35* hours per week, 39 weeks per year)
  • Fixed Term until 31 st August 2024
  • Scale 3 Point 4 - SAT Pay Scales - £23,114 per annum FTE - pro rata for part time working
  • (Actual salary - £18,560 per annum**)
We are seeking Inclusive Learning Assistants to provide high quality additional learning support for students with barriers to learning, including learning difficulties and disabilities.

In this role, you will provide a welcoming and supportive environment for our students, assisting them both in the classroom and in extra-curricular activities, ensuring that every young person has equal opportunity to learn, develop and progress towards their individual next steps.

Previous experience of working with young people and/or adults with a range of additional needs, social emotional difficulties or physical care needs would be advantageous for this role.
