An exciting opportunity has arisen at Derby College Group to join our IT team, providing support to our campuses across Derbyshire. This role is responsible for supporting end users and the desktop services team. This includes the management of numerous systems including SCCM, Azure, Intune, Papercut and JAMF. The role will be hands on and will be required to help with the 2nd line support incidents along with IT support specialists.

About you

You will be confident providing a professional customer service and technical support to both internal and external customers, as well as having excellent organisational skills. You will be able to undertake a range of specialist technical tasks relating to the design, build, packaging, testing, deployment, support, maintenance and provision of documentation of PC images, software and system management benchmarking tools.
