Apprenticeship Industry Coach (Events & Creative)
About the Role As an Apprenticeship Progress Coach you will be responsible for the support, monitoring and progress of apprenticeship learners across a range of different standards. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have an understanding of educational quality metrics and understand the key performance indicators relating to learner progress within education. Working closely with the apprenticeship operations and quality teams you will champion outstanding service and customer experience, and play your part in a high performing team.
About you
You will have:
- Successful track record of managing stakeholders (internal and external)
- Experience of working within education and dealing with learners
- Successful track record or experience is a customer service role
- Successful track record of consistently meeting targets
- Understanding of apprenticeship funding and assessment plans
- Understanding of the Education Inspection Framework and the quality expectations of apprenticeship delivery

What do we have on offer?
Salary Scale: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Access Creative College is not your typical 9 - 5 pm role. Whilst the contracted hours are 37.5 hours this will be managed flexibly across the academic year to reflect the peaks and flows in working in education
