About the role:

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to work with our students in different ways to support them not only to complete and achieve but also to get involved and develop themselves while they are with us. The suitable candidate will be confident in supporting young people to access extra-curricular activities.
You will use your analytical skills to review data and student feedback to identify any equity, diversity and inclusion themes which would benefit from bespoke initiatives, workshops and intervention to improve the student experience, retention and achievement.

The ideal candidate will have experience of, or be interested in, youth work and behaviour management. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.
