Head of MIS and Exams

Job description
WM College is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head of MIS and Exams to provide strategic funding management and advice and oversee the College's MIS and Exams functions.

You must have excellent knowledge of adult education funding and ILR processes, a good understanding of the exams function and a high level of technical expertise in data analysis and will play a crucial role in maximising funding and providing an efficient exams service.

With an emphasis on user-centred solutions, collaboration and enhancing the learner experience, you will lead and manage the MIS and Exams team, and work with departments across the College to continually improve MIS and exams-related systems.

If you have substantial relevant experience of managing and developing learner records systems in an adult education or FE context, have outstanding analytical, organisational and team management skills and are solutions-focused and a team-player, we look forward to hearing from you.
