About the Role

Part-time contract: 22.2 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for an excellent customer service professional to join our team at Leeds Conservatoire as a Customer Experience Assistant. The customer experience assistant will support reception and box office functions and contribute to the effective operation of Leeds Conservatoire by providing a high standard of customer care to students, staff, and visitors at all times.

What You Will Do

The Customer Experience Assistant will contribute to the high level of reception service delivered to students, staff, stakeholders and external visitors to exceed their expectations. This will include providing information and advice and ensuring relevant queries have an appropriately managed handover and post-query resolution. It will also involve supporting wider teams with open events, commercial events, concerts, and other management of visitors for internal and external activities on site.

The Customer Experience Assistant will do this by working flexibly in line with business needs including evenings and some weekends.

About You
  • Proven experience as working on Front of House or Customer Service setting.
  • Experience of using a range of IT packages, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirement.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to make information accessible to internal and external stakeholders at appropriate levels.
