Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals and early childhood educators? Do you have a wealth of experience in this sector and a passion for innovative teaching methods? If so, we want you to join our team as a full-time Health & Social Care and Early Years Lecturer.

As a Health & Social Care and Early Years Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the innovation, development, implementation, and organisation of designated courses and programmes within the HSC and Early Years Department.
  • Teaching across a range of programs, including BTEC Nationals, CACHE, T Levels in Health, Early Years and Assisting Teaching.
  • Contributing to marketing and admissions events to attract top talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures and offering support in the management of resources.
  • Creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking.

Requirements: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Strong occupational experience within the sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
  • Experience in delivering education to learners from various levels, including 16-18 and adult learners
  • Innovative and creative teaching approaches that cater to diverse learning styles.
