Do you have a passion for high-quality apprenticeships and a vision to drive growth?
Inspire Education Group is a dynamic and expanding organisation with a reputation for exceptional education provision. We offer a diverse range of courses across multiple disciplines, and we're now seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the strategic development and improvement of our apprenticeships offering.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in:
- Transforming our apprenticeship provision: While our other course types consistently achieve high standards, we recognise the need to elevate our apprenticeships to the same level of excellence. You'll lead the development of a strategic plan to achieve this, ensuring our apprenticeships are industry-leading and deliver exceptional outcomes for both apprentices and employers.
- Building strong employer relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with employers is crucial. You'll be responsible for fostering these partnerships, ensuring our apprenticeship programmes meet the evolving needs of industry and provide a pipeline of highly skilled talent.
- Providing strategic leadership: You'll lead a team across the Group, working collaboratively with both the Apprenticeship Academy and curriculum faculties that manage apprenticeship delivery. This hybrid model requires a strategic leader who can unify all aspects of apprenticeship provision and ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Championing growth: Apprenticeships are a key area of expansion for the Inspire Education Group. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a growth strategy that increases apprenticeship income and enrolments as well as cross selling other provision and courses across the group.
We're looking for someone with:
- A proven track record of success in leading and improving apprenticeship programmes.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a demonstrable ability to forge connections with employers across diverse sectors.
- Excellent strategic planning and implementation skills.
- A deep understanding of the apprenticeship landscape and current industry trends.
- The ability to work effectively within a hybrid delivery model and manage across teams.
- Expertise in apprenticeship funding and regulatory environments and/or prior involvement in Ofsted inspections or funding audits
- Experience in managing apprenticeship programmes within higher education would be advantageous
Updating Accountability Agreement
For 2024/25 the 'Achieving Excellence' section might be strengthened by adding ambition for green skills and digital skills being considered core transferable skills. ' Ensure that all 16-19 study programme students in 2023/24 gain core transferable skills, including digital and green skills'. Especially as the Centre for Green Technology is nearly there and introduction of new green curriculum for growth has met target.
In return, Inspire Education Group offers a flexible, friendly workplace, 35 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a very generous contributory pension scheme (23%) and continuous professional development opportunities tailored to your needs. We also offer occupational sick pay to protect you and your family and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
