About the role: 

We are recruiting an experience Electrical Installation teacher to join our Construction and Engineering faculty based at Bracknell and Wokingham college. You will be working towards creating and delivering excellent teaching, learning and assessment across levels 1,2 & 3 courses.

Our Faculty has an excellent record of delivering vocational courses with employability embedded at their heart. This is achieved through excellent relationships with industry and the employment of experts with extensive professional experience within the teaching team. We deliver well-established and highly successful professionally accredited courses in Electrical Installation. 

What do you need to be a successful Electrical Installation teacher at Activate Learning?

As an Electrical Installation professional, will have extensive knowledge and experience in Electrical Installation along with ability to deliver purposeful and exciting practical and theory lessons to our students.  Ideally, you will have a background in teaching or training but this is not essential, however, having the enthusiasm and passion for developing and nurturing the next generation of Electrical Installation professionals is vital. 

You will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational, and interpersonal skills. You will demonstrate the ability to engage and develop students acting as a role model throughout.
