We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional CTEC Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Yorkshire & Humber Construction Technical Excellence College (CTEC)..
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting regional and national CTEC activity, working closely with the CTEC Project Manager, Vice Principal and Strategic Leadership Team to ensure effective coordination, governance and delivery of key objectives..
About the RoleAs CTEC Administrator, you will:.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CTEC Project Manager and Vice Principal.
- Coordinate Regional and National CTEC meetings, including preparing agendas, managing attendance, distributing documentation and arranging venues or virtual platforms.
- Attend meetings and produce accurate minutes and action logs in a timely manner.
- Support the organisation of CTEC events, workshops, stakeholder forums and promotional activities, managing logistics, communications and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation to ensure compliance with internal procedures and reporting requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports, briefing papers, presentations and statistical information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, regional partners and national stakeholders to support strong communication across CTEC networks.
- Manage diaries, coordinate appointments and organise travel arrangements where required.
- Provide professional and efficient responses to CTEC-related enquiries.

This role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, work with multiple stakeholders and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail at all times..
You will have excellent organisational and IT skills as well as relevant administration experience. You should possess 5 GCSEs (Grade A*-C/9-4) including English and Maths, or equivalent. .
