      Childcare, Health & Social Care Lecturer - Temporary - 0.6 per week - Broxbourne - £28.58 to 30.70ph

      We are recruiting for a Childcare, Health and Social Care Lecturer to work at Hertford Regional College to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at their state of art facilities in Broxbourne.

      About The Role

      We have a position available on a contract basis working as a temporary agency worker via HRG:

      0.6 per week

      We are seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting HRC's learners in developing their knowledge, practical skills and to deliver the full range of professional services associated with programs of teaching, learning, assessment and student support, across Childcare, Health and Social Care and Access to HE pathways (Nursing and Midwifery, Psychosocial Studies and Teaching and Learning) up to Level 3.

      You will be working on a part-time basis at the Broxbourne Campus from January 2026. As a Childcare, Health and Social Care Lecturer you will teach inspiring lessons to maximise the progress, development and employability of students.

      About You

      You will have great interpersonal and organisation skills and be able to demonstrate your previous teaching experience.

      You will possess a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare / Health and Social Care as well as a relevant Teaching Qualification.

      You will have demonstrable experience within Childcare / Health and Social Care setting or teaching experience in subject specialism in an FE/HE environment Experience of working with or supporting young people aged 16-19 along with those with additional needs.

      You will display a passion for teaching and enjoy interacting and engaging with students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues whilst using your own initiative.
