About the Role: Lecturer in SEND

As a Lecturer in SEND, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance.

This role is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis. The contract will end on 31st January 2027.

We are looking for passionate and skilled lecturers to teach in SEND. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the requirements of Edexcel. About You

We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

• Proven experience in teaching students with LLDD to prepare them for employability
• Strong knowledge of teaching vocational subjects effectively at the different levels required and supporting students and preparing them for formal assessment
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
• A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
