The Role Pastoral Lead

The role of the Pastoral Lead is for a strong, highly experienced individual with experience de-escalating challenging situations. The Pastoral Lead will be predominantly based in the Secondary section but may have to oversee some of the primary students on rare occasions. As a Pastoral Lead you will support with college applications and visits for students and will support with covering classes in the absence of the teacher.
