About the role We are seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer/Course Manager's in Maths to join our team, one full time position and one part-time. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for teaching GCSE Mathematics, with the potential to deliver Functional Skills Maths and Core Maths. You'll plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support student progress, develop essential skills, and align with our curriculum goals.

Key responsibilities:- Deliver consistently high-quality teaching sessions in Maths (GCSE and Functional Skills).
- Provide course management and pastoral support to student groups.
- Develop curriculum content and resources to meet learner needs.
- Assess and support students using a range of methods to maximise achievement.
- Engage with quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will:- A degree or relevant professional qualification
- Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent)
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Recent experience in FE and a strong track record of learner success
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching
