SALARY £22,551 - £24,976 PER ANNUM (DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE)

HOURS 37 PER WEEK

18 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

CWA are recruiting for an HR Coordinator or Assistant to join their team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. Our HR team provide an essential support service across the college from recruitment to retirement and everything in between. This is a varied role providing high quality administrative support in relation to onboarding, absence management, probation, and providing advice and guidance on our HR processes. The successful postholder will have previous admnistration experience as we provide front line support to colleagues and external contacts alike, ensuring that queries are dealt with efficiently. Attention to detail is key. This is a wide ranging role giving an excellent opportunity to develop your career in HR and learn new and valuable skills. Whilst holding a level 3 CIPD qualification is desirable it is not essential, and we are able to support a level 3 apprenticeship in HR support.

This role is suitable for those with or without experience of HR; and the duties and scale point will be determined by your previous experience, skills and knowledge. There is scope for the duties of this role to evolve over time and you will be provided with full support and training to enable you to succeed.

We operate working from home on a rota basis, with the option to work from home one day per fortnight, as well as the opportunity to visit and work from our other sites with the main base being King's Lynn.

We have a thriving Additional Learning Support team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.
